These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between Ark of God Covenant Ministry Canada (AGCOM) and any individual registering for or purchasing a ticket to the event Partner’s Prayer Meeting with Apostle John Chi, through the official event website.
By registering or purchasing a ticket on our platform, you fully accept and agree to these terms without reservation.
1. Purpose
These terms define the conditions of registration, participation, and, if applicable, payment for the religious event organized by AGCOM.
2. Tickets and Registration

Registration for the event may be free or paid, depending on the type of ticket offered.

Each registration grants access to the event venue on the specified dates.

Tickets are personal and non-transferable without prior written authorization from the organizer.
3. Confirmation of Registration
Once the form is completed and submitted:

AGCOM is not responsible for failure to receive confirmation due to incorrect contact information.
4. Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend, please notify us as soon as possible so your spot may be reassigned.

No refunds will be issued for fees already incurred, except in the case of event cancellation by the organizer.

If the event is canceled due to force majeure (natural disaster, government decision, etc.), participants will be informed promptly through official communication channels.
5. Behavior and Respect

As this is a religious event, participants are expected to respect the spiritual atmosphere, behave respectfully, and follow the instructions of the organizing team.

Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate exclusion without refund.
6. Liability

AGCOM is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings during the event.

The organizer cannot be held liable for incidents beyond its control.
7. Personal Data
Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
It is used strictly for managing your registration and communicating important event updates.
8. Modifications
AGCOM reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
